Playtech appoints John Jackson as Chairman of Board’s
Playtech PLC (LON:PTEC) today announces the appointment of John Jackson, who joined the company’s Board of Directors as a non-executive director in January this year, as Chairman of the Board’s Remuneration Committee. The appointment is effective immediately.
In his new role, Mr Jackson succeeds Playtech’s non-executive director Paul Hewitt, who retains the role of Chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee. He also stays a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nominations Committee.
Playtech also announced that its Chairman Alan Jackson resigned as a member of the Audit Committee on February 22, 2016. Non-executive directors Andrew Thomas, Paul Hewitt and John Jackson remain members of the Audit Committee.
