Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs and a team of executives from the Cupertino, Calif., technology corporation will kick off the Worldwide Developers Conference on June 6, the company said Tuesday. Apple will launch its next generation software, Lion, the eighth major release of Mac OS (R) X. It will also introduce iOS 5, the next version of its advanced mobile operating system used in its iPad, iPhone and IPod touch products. It will also unveil iCloud, its upcoming cloud services offering.
